Painite Residences has been skillfully crafted to fuse both modern elegant design with functionality that offers convenience, comfort and peace of mind to today’s home owners and investors. Located in Dzorwulu in Ghana, the Painite Residences is an architectural masterpiece which comprises four townhouses and six apartments. Yaw Addo’s main challenge in its design was the relatively small size of the land available at just 0.56 acres. The solution was to build higher which in turn optimized the views for all properties.
